ESA SEEDS Minority Ecologists Forum

With the support of the ESA Governing Board, the SEEDS program is pleased to offer a limited number of travel awards for minority graduate students and postdocs to attend the 2017 ESA meeting and a forum at the 2017 ESA meeting in Portland, OR.This is an invitation-only event.
The forum will be held
Wednesday August 9
6:30 – 8:30 pm.
Objectives of the Forum
- Learn about key developments across ESA’s diversity-related sections
- Share reflections on advancing your career as a minority scientist
- Develop ideas to increase and strengthen diversity within ESA as a society
Travel Award
Travel awardees are expected to participate in this forum. Minority graduate students and postdocs are invited to apply for travel support up to $1,000.
Please apply by April 28, 2017 to be considered for this special event.
