What if I have special dietary needs/restrictions?

We have discussed all potential dietary needs in advance to the YMCA of the Rockies staff and they have informed us that they have vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free and gluten-free options. We were also advised to inform you that those with allergy restrictions should walk up to the counter in the Aspen Dining room and tell them about your allergy Their food service team will try to guide you to food that you can eat.

We have also tried to account for most dietary needs when selecting snack items during our catered breaks in between sessions. While we aim to accommodate all our attendees, if you have very specific dietary requirements, it is best to bring your own snacks to ensure that you have what you need during your stay at the YMCA.
