This is an opportunity for ESA Certified Ecologists to interact with students and early-career professionals, you’ll get insight into what this next generation of ecologists is looking for. Additionally, consider this an opportunity to enhance your mentoring skills and professional development as well as meet potential new interns and/or employees.
