Urea-ammonium nitrate (UAN) is an excellent source of nitrogen for crops. Yet even though it is widely used across the globe, risks and mitigation strategies for UAN loss are often poorly understood. With high input costs, it is important to understand how nitrogen fertilizers behave in the field. This webinar will review UAN’s applications and functions, its composition, and its nitrogen loss risks. It will also review how to protect a UAN fertilizer investment and make successful nitrogen management decisions.
