MA-ESA Annual Meeting Status Update

While we are disappointed, the ESA Mid-Atlantic Chapter leadership made the necessary decision to postpone the April 3-5 meeting at the University of Delaware to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The good news is that we are rescheduling the Mid-Atlantic Chapter meeting for October 16-18, 2020, at the University of Delaware.

If you have registered for the meeting: Contact Danielle Slatkin at vincedamico@nullgmail.com to request a refund or to express that you wish to have your registration continue for the rescheduled meeting in October.

If you submitted an abstract for the meeting: Contact Vince D’Amico at vincedamico@nullgmail.com to request it be withdrawn or to carry forward for the rescheduled meeting in October.

The ESA community wants to follow the science and do our part to help flatten the curve to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect public health, so thank you for understanding and being part of the solution by staying home. We hope that you will plan on joining us in October; if you will be bringing students to the meeting, you may want to plan ahead for projects that they can complete in time to share at that event.
