SPECIAL FOR K12 TEACHERS: Early Bird Registration continues to apply through March 4, 2016.
The full registration fee includes lunch on Friday and Saturday, and coffee and tea breaks throughout the conference. Your CCMIT hotel rate includes dinner and breakfast.
Participants will be able to attend all regular sessions on both days of the conference. There is an additional fee for the pre-conference workshop.
For those not staying at the hotel, you may purchase meal tickets on site: $18.50 for lunch, $26.00 for dinner. CCMIT offers a full buffet.
*Please note that we will not process credit card payments onsite. All payments must be made by check payable to “Ecological Society of America”. A $25 fee will be assessed on any checks that are returned.

Driving and Parking
The Institute is accessible throughout the Mid-Atlantic region via I-95, MD-295, or I-695. Free parking is available on the conference hotel campus for over 500 vehicles.

Shuttle from BWI Airport / Amtrak Station / BWI Light Rail Station
CCMIT Conference Center is just minutes from the Baltimore – Washington International (BWI) Thurgood Marshall Airport, the BWI Amtrak Station, and the BWI Light Rail Station. CCMIT offers free shuttles from BWI to the conference center. Please call CCMIT after you have your luggage as the shuttle is not allowed to park and wait. To arrange pick up, please call 410-859-5700 Ext. 0.
For people leaving CCMIT, the shuttle leaves every half hour upon request and the signup sheet is at the front desk.
