Speaker Ready Room
A Speaker Ready Room will be available at the McEnery Convention Center for presenters who wish to preview their presentations and make finishing touches. The room will be open Sunday, August 5 through Friday, August 11 until 11 am , and will be equipped with one laptop computer (identical to those being used in the scientific sessions) connected to an LCD projector. Presenters may also bring their own laptop to the Speaker Ready Room to practice presentations. A reservation will be required to use the Speaker Ready Room and presenters may sign up on-site at the Equipment Sign-Out Station in the lobby of the Convention Center.
