Towards a DEIJ Action Plan
In October 2020, the Task Force on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) received feedback and comments for Action Steps to be recommended to the Governing Board. Taking into account the Listening Session, comments from a self-audit of ESA Committees, Sections and Chapters and comments received here, a set of recommendations were developed and submitted to the ESA Governing Board in December.
