  • Not sure if your membership is current, or you have an account? You can find out on the portal as well.

After completing the transaction for membership, please log out and log back into the portal to receive member pricing for the meeting.

Registration Types

Full conference registration includes access to all oral and poster sessions, special sessions, plenaries, workshops, exhibits, career central, business meetings, and non-ticketed social events to include the Opening Reception on Sunday and the Networking Social on Thursday.

One Day registration includes access to all oral and poster sessions, special sessions, plenaries, workshops, exhibits, career central, business meetings, and non-ticketed social events that are taking place only on the day you selected. If you want to attend sessions on multiple days, you need to register for a full conference registration. It is not possible to select two (2) or more One Day options

GUEST: access to non-scientific portions of the meeting program (social events, field trips) only for the family or friends of the Full-Week or One-Day registrants. Additional fees to register for individual trips or social events also apply for guests. Anyone who plans to attend scientific sessions (oral/special sessions, posters, workshops) should not register as a guest. If you are coming with a childcare provider (spouse, partner, family member, nanny, etc.), please contact the ESA REGISTRAR for assistance.

If you require special assistance and/or have other special needs, please email your request to ESA REGISTRAR well before the meeting.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Written request of cancellation must be emailed to ESA REGISTRAR. Refunds will be for 100% of your registration fee.
  • Cancellation Deadline: July 16, 2020 (No refunds will be given after this date.)

REFRESHMENTS

  • All conference registrations include access to the morning coffee breaks. Meals are not provided for the conference as a part of your registration fee.
  • Some ticketed events (i.e. field trips, ticketed events) include food as part of their additional registration fee.
