We are here to help you, whether you are joining us on-site in Montreal or covering the meeting from afar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ESA invites press and institutional public information officers to attend for free&nbsp;<strong>\u2013 please see our&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>credential policy<\/strong><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unable to attend in person, ESA will prearrange distribution of your institution\u2019s press releases and other author materials on the meeting website and in the on-site press room. ESA is able to provide abstracts related to your institution on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To register,<\/strong>&nbsp;please contact ESA Public Information Manager&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:heidi@esa.org\">Heidi Swanson<\/a>&nbsp;directly. Walk-in registration will be available during the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On site Press Room<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-registered press and public information officers will pick up their credentials in the press room. You will be directed to the press room from the registration area.
