Jennifer Purrenhage

JLP&K-17I share stories and images of science and nature to encourage the next generations to cultivate a conscious relationship with the world we live in.

I am an amphibian ecologist, educator, and science communicator, and I moonlight as The Tea Alchemist. I completed Masters, Doctoral, and Postdoctoral research in amphibian population and community ecology before my current role as Lecturer in Wildlife & Conservation Biology at the University of New Hampshire. I share my passion for science communication with my students, and encourage them to write for a public audience about the science they love.
