Audit Committee
About
The Audit Committee supports the work of the Governing Board by providing independent oversight and evaluation of the annual audit and audit process, and recommending approval or modification of the annual audit to the Governing Board.
Composition
- Chair: Governing Board member
- Members: Two additional Governing Board members who serve two-year overlapping terms. The Vice President for Finance may not serve on this committee.
