Student Section symposium endorsement - please comment by Saturday 9/10
The ESA Student Section is pleased to be able to endorse one
student-organized symposium for the 2006 meeting in Memphis. We have received
two very good submissions to be considered for endorsement, and would like to
hear from students regarding which symposium they feel strongest about having
the Student Section endorse.
Both symposia are very good, and we hope that both will be submitted (and
accepted!) for the 2006 meeting. Regardless of which symposium is officially
endorsed, we will be promoting all student-organized sessions and events for the
2006 meeting through our website and e-mails.
What we would like from you, the students, is your "vote" for which
symposium should receive official endorsement. In addition, we encourage you to
comment on both of the symposia. Your comments will be passed on anonymously to
the organizers, and will help them to improve their submissions.
Here are links to both symposia for you to look over (Adobe pdf documents).
If you have trouble opening the documents, please send me an e-mail at eharp@lamar.colostate.edu,
and I will send them to you in the body of an e-mail.

In order for your comments to be received anonymously by the organizers, please
send your comments directly to eharp@lamar.colostate.edu
It would be helpful if you would also include in the subject line "Symposia
Comments"
All comments should be received by Saturday, September 10.
