Ecological Society of America

Faculty Travel Awards are for faculty advisors at SEEDS Campus Ecology Chapters. Current Campus Ecology Chapter faculty advisors or those who submit an application to establish a Chapter by the travel award deadline are eligible. Preference will be given to faculty who foster underrepresented students in ecology and for whom attendance at a scientific meeting will have a significant impact – for their own professional development, for their work in ecology at their institution, and for the development of their abilities to guide and support students in conducting research. Preference will also be given to those who plan to present research at the meeting and to advisors who maintain Chapters in good standing.
