1st Ever RUI Travel Grant for Undergraduates

ESA Researchers at Undergraduate Institutions Section Student Travel Award The ESA Researchers at Primarily Undergraduate Institutions Section will support the attendance of two students to the 2012 ESA annual conference via travel awards. We will give out two awards of $250 each. We expect these awards to be extremely competitive, and we encourage submissions from students in excellent academic standing. Applicants will be judged on the quality of the applications and not solely by financial need.

An example of a field trip policy from Hamilton College

At the 2008 RUI Section Business Meeting and Mixer there was discussion about liability in connection with field trips.  Dr. Ernest Williams from Hamilton College kindly supplied his department's policy on field trips as an example for us to consider.
