Usage Statistics and Online Access

Usage statistics are available through Atypon, our online journals platform.  Library administrators should go to www.esajournals.org to register an account, then send the login and institutional information to Member Services so that we may activate administrative features.  Tracking will begin from the time of activation.

Institutional access is through IP authentication, and may be updated through administrative accounts.  Library administrators may also contact Member Services with any updates or questions.

License Agreement

ESA does not require a signed license agreement; however, we ask that all first-time subscribers read our permissions policy.

Claims and Correspondence

Domestic claims will be honored if received within five (5) months of the issue mail date. Non-domestic claims will be honored if received within ten (10) months of the issue mail date.

All claims and correspondence should be sent to Membership by e-mail (membership@esa.org) or fax (202-833-8775).  Please do not mail claims or correspondence as it will significantly slow the rate of return.

Payment Methods

Mailed payments may be made by check, wire transfer, VISA, or MasterCard. Make checks payable in U.S. dollars to the Ecological Society of America. Foreign remitters may use drafts on U.S. banks and U.S. postal money orders. To pay by wire transfer, contact Membership Services (membership@esa.org) for details.

Faxed payments may be made by VISA or MasterCard.
