A vegetarian option (meatless) will be offered whenever meals are provided for optional meeting functions such as Scientific Field Trips, Workshops, and Ticketed Events (i.e., those with event codes that begin with FT, WK, TK, ST, or GG on the Meeting Registration Form). Menus for most Ticketed Events and Special Ticketed Sessions are included in the detailed event descriptions in that section.
If you wish to receive vegetarian meals, please be sure to indicate this preference on the Meeting Registration Form. Be aware, however, that we are NOT able to make specific arrangements for Vegans or those with specific food allergies (e.g., to dairy, nuts, or wheat products). These individuals are advised to supply their own provisions to satisfy their dietary needs.
