It
has been 3 years since the last INTECOL meeting was held in
Seoul
,
Korea
, and we know
members have a lot to discuss and share. What could be better than to do so
while enjoying breathtaking views of Montréal and sumptuous international fare?
Before
the INTECOL Opening Plenary on Monday evening at
8 PM
, come and enjoy
an icy beer or glass of wine or spirits and a sampling of fine hors d’oeuvres
on a rooftop overlooking Montréal. The menu will include roulade of cheese and
pistachios, prosciutto and melon pearls, tartare steak, maki sushi, cheddar
rolls in black cumin, fine golden crust with sun-dried tomato and romano, crispy
coconut chicken, and goat cheese samosas. Following
the reception, all are invited inside to participate in the INTECOL Opening
Plenary featuring introductory remarks by President John Lee and a Keynote
Lecture by Professor Anthony R.E. Sinclair from the Centre for Biodiversity
Research,
University
