TICKETED EVENTS

Please read these important notes BEFORE reading individual Ticketed Event descriptions.

  •  Because ESA must make catering guarantees at least 72 hours in advance for functions that include food and beverages, we urge you to make your Ticketed Event requests when submitting your Meeting Registration Form. We cannot guarantee admission for those who do not purchase tickets in advance. Only a limited number of tickets for these events will be available for purchase onsite at the Meeting Registration Desk.

  •  Participation in Ticketed Events is open to all registered meeting attendees, and to their registered adult guests (i.e., spouse, significant other, family member, or other guest 17 years of age or older), children, and youths. However, a Guest Fee of $30.00 US Dollars MUST be paid for each adult who is NOT registered independently, but who wishes to attend a Ticketed Event.

  • Should your plans change, ESA will allow cancellation of a ticket request if submitted in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. ESA will NOT resell or “broker” unused tickets onsite, however, registrants are not prohibited from reselling their own tickets and may do so by posting an advertisement on the Message Board onsite.

  • In most cases, specific menus are included in Ticketed Event descriptions. These menus have been designed to include vegetarian or meatless options as well as selections featuring chicken, fish, seafood, or cheese. As much as possible, we have coordinated with catering staff to plan menus that are health-conscious. Vegans, lactose or gluten intolerant individuals, and anyone on a special or restricted diet should be able to find acceptable selections among the foods offered, but such persons might consider supplementing menu choices with their own provisions.

  •  Unless noted otherwise, evening Ticketed Events (i.e., those with event codes that begin with TK or ST) feature CASH BARS in addition to the ticket cost.
