Offices 440, 444, and 447 on Level 4 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal will serve as Speaker Ready Rooms. Each room will be equipped with one laptop computer (identical to those being used in scientific sessions) connected to an LCD projector, two 35-mm slide projectors or Caramate slide viewers, and one overhead projector for presenters to use to practice. You may also bring your own laptop computer to the Speaker Ready Rooms to practice your talk.
To use a Speaker Ready Room, you MUST make a reservation in advance. Reservations will be accepted at Equipment Sign In/Sign Out, which will be located in Viger Hall on Level 2 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal. The Speaker Ready Rooms will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, August 7, from 7 AM to 7 PM daily on Monday, August 8 through Thursday, August 11, and from 7 AM to 11 AM on Friday, August 12.
