Media services will be headquartered in Lounge 445 on Level 4 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal during the 2005 ESA-INTECOL Joint Meeting. The Press Room is offered as an amenity for reporters, freelance journalists, and radio and television correspondents who attend the meeting and report on the scientific presentations. Reporters will have access to computers, internet, fax machine, and phone lines. Hours of operation will be 8 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, August 7, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily Monday, August 8 through Thursday, August 11, and 7:30 AM to NOON on Friday, August 12. The ESA Public Affairs Office can also coordinate with members of the press who wish to cover the meeting from afar.
