Each hotel should be able to provide luggage storage for ESA-INTECOL Joint Meeting registrants participating in overnight Scientific Field Trips. However, if you require temporary luggage storage and cannot make other arrangements, especially on the last day of the meeting, you may bring your luggage to the Onsite Registration Desk in Viger Hall on Level 2 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal and we will store it during regular Registration hours. Please make certain that everything you bring for storage is clearly marked with your identification. ESA will make every effort to safeguard your belongings, but assumes NO liability for lost or unclaimed items.
