An Equipment Sign In/Sign Out desk will be set up in Viger Hall on Level 2 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal. A limited number of slide carousels will be available for sign out no more than 12 hours prior to a presentation. These carousels must be returned immediately following the presentation. Laser pointers will also be available, but may only be signed out by session presiders or organizers. Anyone who fails to return and sign in the equipment he/she signs out will be subject to replacement charges for the loss. Equipment Sign In/Sign Out will be open Sunday, August 7, from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday, August 8, through Thursday, August 11, from 7 AM to 7 PM, and Friday, August 12, from 7 AM to NOON.
