Supplementary Sessions: These discussions, panels and presentations are a supplement to the formal program that provide an opportunity for extended dialogue and exchanges. Most will be scheduled at select times, including during the lunch break or in the evening. These sessions will last from 11/2 to 2 hours. Submission of proposals for Special Sessions, Lunchtime Discussions and Evening Sessions is welcome. Review and placement will be made by the Program Chairs. Please note: These sessions are NOT intended for the presentation of formal research papers.

The Proposal site will open for proposal submission from September 20 through December 1, 2004.
