Organized Oral Sessions provide an additional opportunity
to propose a session of talks focused on a specific topic with invited speakers.
Additional presentations may also be assigned to these sessions by the Program
Chairs. Organized Oral Sessions do not require as broad a level of interest and
synthesis as is expected of Symposia. Organized Oral Sessions will last from 21/2
to 31/2 hours in length scheduled at half-day intervals. Each talk in an Organized
Oral Session will be 15 minutes long, with 5 minutes for discussions or questions.
Proposals for Organized Oral Sessions will be reviewed, evaluated and ranked by
the Program Committee. The most suitable proposals will be accepted.
