• Good values on conference lodging are still available on rooms at the McGill New Residence Hall, shared medium and large suites at the La Tour Centre-Ville, and rooms at the Travelodge Centre-Ville if stay is between Sunday, August 7 and Wednesday, August 10. Rooms are also available at the Delta Centre-Ville, Hyatt Regency Montreal, and the Holiday Inn Mid-Town. The deadline for booking lodging at conference rates is Wednesday, July 6, 2005.

• All requests for lodging at negotiated conference rates at official housing locations should be submitted to the ESA-INTECOL Housing Bureau -- to be operated by Tourisme Montreal -- using the official Housing Reservation Form. Please do NOT contact hotels or residence halls directly or submit housing requests to ESA Headquarters.
• All official lodging locations are located within walking distance of the Palais des congrès de Montréal (Convention Center), where the Meeting Registration Desk will be located and all scientific sessions for the 2005 ESA-INTECOL Joint Meeting will be held. Due to the proximity of these properties, ESA will NOT provide shuttle service between official lodging locations and the Palais. Convenient public transportation by taxi, subway, or bus is available to and from all locations.
• A link to the ESA Roommate and Transportation Forum (an electronic bulletin board) will also be posted on the ESA-INTECOL Joint Meeting website in May 2005 for those who seek to share lodging in or rides to Montreal.
