Presentation Guidelines

Presentation Guidelines:

Oral: You will have a total of 15 minutes for your presentation. Reserving 2-3 minutes of this time for questions is recommended. Each room will be equipped with a Windows PC and projector. Please bring your presentation on a flash drive and copy your file to the desktop at least 15 minutes before the start of your session. A session presider will be present to assist you.

Poster: Maximum size is 40 inches wide by 30 inches high. 2 posters will be hung on each poster board; one poster will be on the top of the board, and the other on the lower half. Please hang your poster upon arrival on Saturday morning after receiving a poster number. The posters will be up all day but you are required to be with your poster only during the poster session from 5:00 – 6:30 pm. Poster mounting supplies will be provided.
