Conference Registration

Registration for the two-day conference includes:
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • A printed conference program
  • All meals from Breakfast on Friday, March 15 through Lunch on Saturday, March 16, 2013
  • Coffee & Tea Breaks throughout the conference
Sponsors and Exhibitors receive one registration waiver with each level of Sponsorship or Exhibitor. Please enter your waiver code you received in the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Application Confirmation. If you are registering additional representatives, please register at prevailing rates by selecting another option in the previous question.

Workshops

There are 6 workshops are available to conference participants at no additional fee. There are 30 spaces per workshop, available on a first come first serve basis. Descriptions of the workshops are available at http://www.esa.org/ldc/program/agenda/workshops/

Field trips

We are excited to offer two field trips during the Conference to the Raptor Center at The University of Minnesota. Descriptions of the field trips are available on http://www.esa.org/ldc/program/agenda/fieldtrip/.

Note: Field trip participants will need to walk a short distance from the conference center to the Raptor Center. Each trip has a maximum capacity of 25 participants.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Conference participants can earn a Continuing Education Unit, for a cost of $10.00. Participant who completes 10 or more contact hours during the 2-day conference are eligible for 1.0 CEU. In order to receive the CEU certificate, you must provide payment for the $10.00 fee and you must complete and submit the CEU Attendance Verification Form before leaving the conference center on March 16, 2013. The University of Minnesota College of Continuing Education will review all applications to ensure the appropriate guidelines have been met.
