On-Site Registration is now available. Arrive on site, fill out a registration form and provide payment via check or credit card. Participants who register on-site will be able to attend all sessions and benefits of the conference, however we cannot guarantee you will receive a printed program.

Cancellation Policy
A refund of registration payments for cancellations made on or before Friday, February 8, 2013 can be made. A $20 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations made on or before this date. No refund is possible for a cancellation after Friday, February 8, 2013, because of costs incurred (for meals, printed materials, etc.).
Dietary Needs or Restrictions
The policy for the conference is to provide vegetarian options at all meals and breaks.
Participants with additional dietary needs or restrictions should to notify the conference planning team via e-mail, at ldc@esa.org. The conference planning committee will try to accommodate other dietary needs or restrictions, but it may be necessary under certain circumstances for participants to independently supplement the meals and snacks provided.

In order to process your registration at the appropriate rate, payment must be received within a week of the deadline. Advanced registration is February 28, 2013.
