Scientists failed to listen to what the people of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming were trying to say, and the will of the people of those states as expressed through their elected representatives is fairly obvious. Did Schuler also  come to understand that many hunters care much more about a successful hunt and venison in the freezer than large horns? Scientists do themselves a disservice when they only seek to buttress preconceived notions.]]></description>
