Salary Range of $96,867.00 to $155,500.00/ year

The ARS Pacific West Area is seeking highly qualified candidates for a permanent full-time scientific position.
This position affords the opportunity to:
-Lead a scientific program conducting research on the management of aquatic invasive weeds.
-Advance invasive weed research in the Western United States through interdisciplinary studies, cooperative program development and innovative technology transfer programs.
-Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ARS Aquatic Weed Laboratory (at the EIWRU worksite in Davis, CA).
-Work collaboratively with the University of California, California State Agencies responsible for invasive weed management, and other Federal and State Agencies, ARS locations and private industry.
