Picture of Pool 28 taken in 2009 along the Turure River after the mountain road had been widened. The stream bottom is covered in sediment. Water flows from the left to the right side of the photograph. Plants growing along the bank have an observable level of sediment collecting on and around them. Fish seemed to be more abundant in 2005, although small fish were still present in 2009 (personal observation). The reference line corresponds to the reference line in the Pool 28 photo from 2006.
