Women in Science: Do We Ignore Female Role Models?

This article, originally published in the Ecology 101 section of the Ecological Society of America's Bulletin, describes the authors attempts to assess students' knowledge of women role models in science. It also describes her efforts to incorporate women scientists into lectures and labs and she suggests methods for other faculty to do the same.
