  • Policy News from ESA's Public Affairs Office is a bi-weekly electronic publication of the Ecological Society of America which provides updates on key environmental policy including proposed regulation changes. For a free email subscription, please send the command "sub esanews {your first name and last name}" to listserv@listserv.umd.edu

  • The American Institute of Biological Sciences' Public Policy Report is distributed broadly by email every two weeks and provides an update on key science policy including federal appropriations. Any interested party may self-subscribe to receive these free reports by email. Go to www.aibs.org and click on Public Policy News and Reports on the opening page, then follow the text links to complete the subscription form.

  • Each week, the AIBS Public Policy Office identifies items in the Federal Register that have national or international implications for biological research and education. These items are compiled and posted to the AIBS Federal Register Resource website each Monday. The website also provides basic information on the federal rulemaking process, tips for preparing and submitting comments to federal agencies, and useful internet links for electronic submission of comments.
